Seasonal BERRY

THE SEASONAL BERRY

Our seasonal berry is cold-pressed and made with strawberries, lemon, bee pollen, raw honey, and filtered water–we source our ingredients locally and the final juice is raw and unpasteurized, this also means that we do not use the HPP (high pressure pasteurization) method.

STRAWBERRIES

Vibrant, sweet and locally sourced in Oregon from the Willamette Valley Pie Co.! Strawberries are filled with a wide variety of vitamins and minerals that promote health and wellness. This berry is great for maintaining healthy nerve, muscle and bone function due to the potassium it contains. Strawberries also have vitamin C which is staple antioxidant. This berry can help to prevent inflammatory disorders and oxidative stress. Strawberries make this summer staple packed with flavor!

LEMON

Lemon is a natural antiseptic, which clears bad bacteria out of the body. This citrus is super high in vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant that strengthens the immune system. Health-promoting flavonoids in lemons contain properties that are anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic and anti-carcinogenic. Lemons have an alkalizing effect on the body, stimulating the digestive system and purifying toxins out of the liver.

BEE POLLEN

We source our bee pollen locally and sustainably from Bee Local. Bee Pollen is one if the most nutritious foods you can eat! Rich in over 12 vitamins, almost 30 minerals and packed with enzymes and co-enzymes, pollen sparks many of the body’s vital functions, boosting digestion, immunity and energy levels. Bee pollen also contains all 8 essential amino acids, which is what makes it such an ideal supplement for vegetarians, replenishing what is normally only supplied by meat and dairy. Amino acids can satiate food cravings and help with weight loss.

RAW HONEY

We source our honey locally and sustainably from Bee Local. Raw Honey is not only a delicious natural sweetener, it is also a potent antioxidant. This means that honey can help fight the buildup of low-density lipoprotein, or “bad” cholesterol, in the arteries and harmful free radicals which cause cancer. It is also aids in digestion and boosting immune health, as it contains small doses of local pollens to boost the bodies natural defense to allergens.
