The Shanti cold-pressed juice is made with spinach, pear, pineapple, and cilantro– we source our ingredients locally and the final juice is raw and unpasteurized, this also means that we do not use the HPP (high pressure pasteurization) method.

We source our pears locally from Kiyokawa Orchards in Hood River. Pears are a great source of antioxidants and hold anti-inflammatory properties. Also a great source of Vitamin C & K. We don’t peal our pears before juicing so the vitamins and minerals that lie in the skin are also in the juice!

Pineapple contains half of the daily-recommended value of vitamin C, according to the FDA. Vitamin C is a primarily water-soluble antioxidant that fights cell damage, making vitamin C a helpful fighter against problems such as heart disease and joint pain. The fruit also contains nearly 75 percent of the daily recommended value of the mineral manganese, which is essential in developing strong bones and connective tissue. Pineapple also contains significant amounts of bromelain, an enzyme that breaks down protein, possibly helping digestion and inflammation.
